Hoop dance is a path to self discovery.

The rhythm of hoop has a profoundly meditative and calming effect. Stress is gently massaged out of the body by the rotations of the hoop. Hooping is a total body workout. It impacts all body systems, and is particularly helpful for cardiovascular and digestive health.

Every practice expands our vocabulary. The dancer is able to express emotions that have no direct verbal translation. It can be whatever you need it to be in the moment. Hooping can be playful, soulful, sensual, tormented or calculated.
